In April we closed a-3 year contract for counterforce to set up and check an security alarm within our house. The machine never worked right. The batteries were continuously heading out, the interior of the cell was damaged therefore our telephone support was usually heading out (THANK GOD FOR MOBILE PHONES), the machine wouldn't supply because it stated we'd numerous gates available once they were shut and secured. It held us upmost evenings CONTINUOUSLY BEEPING to inform us that shut gates were available!!! Lastly it began stating the smoke alarm have been interfered with. OMG!!! Can they've provided people more of the bit of crap??? We ultimately eliminated the ability towards the alarm and delivered counterforce a notice to stop our support. It was in May.in June we got a letter for service costs for September and July of I named and was informed they never obtained my termination notice. I sent a brand new one.in November we got two expenses on a single evening equally dated 11/12 one was an earlier termination charge of $332.85, the 2nd was another statement for support from September through October. I named AGAIN, I had been informed they AGAIN hadn't obtained our termination notice. THEN WHY THE EARLY TERMINATION CHARGE??? That displays reputation that people terminated our support. They stated no the repetition in September got my term for this and went forward and refined and ETF. Then why the statement for support? Again they declare they did not obtain my correspondence from July. Again another page went. We extended to get harassing collection calls. I mentioned at every phone that after I get a proper ETF notice that claims our consideration is terminated and what quantity EXACTILY is owed, we shall spend. MAY we got an ETF statement for $375.55. WHAT??? Did my ETF increase??? Your ETF must have been 80% of the rest of the time-on our agreement from July through March roughlt $288. Child their security alarm hurts, their customer support is a whole lot worse AND evidently they cannot do basic math possibly!!!
