Do not make returns. You will not get a refund

I purchased a pair of earrings in February for my wedding. I recieved the earrings and felt they were too heavy for my ears. I contacted them to make a return. I made a copy of my receipt, wrote down my credit card number I used, and mailed it back along with the earrings. I emailed and called several times that I had not seen a credit back on my card for the return of the earrings. They said I should see a credit on my card within a few days. After several times contacting them and it became end of April and I decided to file a credit card dispute claim with my bank. My bank resolved the issue on my credit card, though I don't know if further action was taken with the Annabellagio.

Word of advice. Document document document anything you buy online, especially if you buy a product from Annabellagio. If you send an email make a copy. Make a phone call write down the date, time, and who you spoke to. Keep copies of everything that will help you dispute the claim should the business fail to follow through on a return or provide a product.
