At the sydney airport 9.15am sunday asked for an apple pie. Person unable to communicate fluently in english. Asked somebody, unable to relate the answer to us. Decided on other items including hash brown. Had to wait a long time for them to cook. Oh wow, not cooked properly. Too far away and needing to catch plane! Now the coffee. Charged for a large, got medium. Asked for hot, somebody else asked for full. I know why you ask for a full coffee (if you don't it is 3/4 full). Then the coffee tasted very sharp or burnt. Will not chance being over charged, with poor quality and bad customer service again. And to make this complaint is so time consuming
