Wachovia allowed me to purchase money considerably over my limit resulting in overdraft charges ultimately in excess of the overdraft amount. Yes, I was not diligent in knowing my balance and financially abused an empty account. However, I was unaware of the balance and ultimately paid a price for greater than my original purchase.
