My Minolta Maxxuum 5D (no longer in production) stopped working a week and a half before I was to leave on a trip to Spain. I pleaded with them to rush the job, and as the parts were available (the shutter would not operate! Plus some trim pieces were replaced, the camera cleaned, and everything reset to factory standards). I paid a little extra postage for faster delivery and it arrived a day before I was supposed to leave! And then they told me it was a known issue which had a recall about from Sony, and there was NO CHARGE other than the shipping! Wow, what an incredible, honorable, dependable company and service. I took a couple of thousand pictures during my trip, and the camera is great.
