My mother got one of these today. Checked the BBB site, and they also go by the name of Payment Resources (which got an F rating from BBB). The BBB can't even confirm the company has a valid business license.

The amount they want is $27.67, and they claim she's a "Confirmed Winner." Supposedly, she won $458,389.00.

I wish everyone would remember one thing—"if it sounds too good to be true, it is!"
