I got A hold OF PAYMENT RESOURCES INTERNATAINAL An there still doing bizzz with spectra they have all the info on spectra they know who owns the company they also know its a scam now BUT I GUESS THERE STILL GETTING PAID SO THEY DONT CARE I say everyone who got scamed to call them the #949-729-1400 give them a piece of youre mind ask them why they don't turn SPECTRA in THe guy to talk to is ROBERT STAYNER but he is probly a way from his desk LIKE he was for me for 2 days.
