Over Priced lease on credit card machine

The salesman for these people is very slick and leads you to believe you can cancel the lease even though it says it is noncancellable. I changed my account that it was to draw from and alerted the bank not to give them the new one. That stoped the draw from my account. They will settle for $4700 for a full charge of over $5000.00 on an old credit card machine. Has anyone been in this position?
