Ripped Off

Several years ago I sent a check for $80 to a company called Federation Comics. To order a sculptured statue of one of the charactures from Xena: Warrior Princess tv show. It was a statue of Gabriele Xena's side kick. This was an online store. The first thing the owner told me was that the arm on the statue was broken, so I asked for a refund. He said he would send it. When weeks went by, with no refund I called again. He said, "Oh I sent that 3 weeks ago." I said, "I never got it." Then he put up an answering machine, so I couldn't reach him personally. He ignored all my messages and emails, and just stole my money. Unfortunatley I can't remember the guys name.
