ESC Stores will NOT SHIP orders & customer service is an INDIVIDUAL NOT a COMPANY! - Honeywell HY-048BP

It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money but NEVER ship you anything.

I had ordered the HONEYWELL HY-048BP Tower Fan from them so instead, to get it quicker, & for about the same price, I ordered it from a REAL company, "iAllergy". It will take 2-4 days to get here.

Before doing that I went ahead & opened a dispute with PayPal, if I had used my bank card I could have just had the bank do a charge back to him for non-delivery. Then I get a couple of emails from him saying more then the generic answers he had been giving me. This is the 1st one:
"We didn't provide a phone number because we aren't going to."

"We aren't going to give you any discount because we aren't going to."

"What we will do is let you know what we hear back from the manufacturers distributor as soon as we do."

The 2nd email:
"Hello...

"I will assure we read all messages and we respond with what we have to say."

"What we can guarantee you is if you are sending multiple messages you be at the bottom of the reply list of the few thousand emails we see a day.

Thank you, (for not responding again until we do)"

An hour later he just made one comment on the PayPal dispute saying he was, checking with the mfg warehouse, he closed it & refunded my money. After he just canceled the order. Now this was 10 days after placing & paying for the order...
