Www.rootworkherbs.com Order Never Arrived, Company Doesn't Respond to Emails, SCAM

I have done business with this company several times without many problems. The latest order I placed never arrived due to a shipping error. I promptly alerted the company, who did not respond for four days. During those four days I started a PayPal dispute, just to have something on record in case the order was not received. On the same day, the company stated that they would ship out a replacement order. When they found out about the dispute, they cancelled the shipment. I agreed to end the dispute if a replacement was shipped, which I did. After the dispute ended, the company stopped returning my emails. I cannot start another dispute on PayPal, so I took a $100 loss.
