Vehicle Tags Ripoff

Since July (when I purchased 2 previously owned vehiles) I have been trying to obtain tags for my vehilces. I have made numberous calls, left numberous messages and been promised numberous dates which my tags would be available. We have had to obtain temporary dealer tags monthly for both vehicles. Our calls are screened, we have been told that maybe our tags were not obtained in a timely mannor because the "NE" was left off our address, we have been told that the state has been called about their "tag issue" and are involved. No one accepts responsibility or is honest. We are the ones being treated as if we have done something wrong.

It is not surprising considering the lack of dignity and honesty of the management that the staff at this facility are unprofessional and leave you with the overall feeling that "customer service ends with the sale"!!! The worst experience I have ever had and still not resolved.
