Scam artists/rip off

My credit card was stolen and there was a charge on there from this company. I called them and told them I did not order anything from them and explained to them what happened. I was told by a very rude rep and supervisor that this was a valid internet order and basicly it was not thier problem and to deal with it.

I do not understand how a company can do this to customers. I am having to suffer by having someone steal my credit card and still pay for items that i did not get nor order.

I hope noone orders anything from this company. The public should be aware of this company.
