Beware hidden fees including restocking fees before they even pull the order for shipping. Very dishonest company

Received 4 calls from this company verifying the shipping address. Each time I asked if there was a problem as we always use a PO Box. They said no jsut company policy to call and verify before pulling order to ship. Then I received the 5th call. This time I was told they needed a physical address. I explained we aren't at the office to receive the packages when the deliveries come in. We have had packages stolen. This is not what the internet says when you place an order. It accepts the PO Box address.

Being as though they would have to have a physical address and by now a week had gone by, although they advertise orders received 3 - 5 days. I was frustrated and told them to jsut refund my charge card and to cancel the order I needed my ink 3 day ago. Oscar, their employee understood the mixup and said no problem he would credit the card.

Well the kept 20% for restocking. Goodness, the items were never pulled. So, I called again and was told oh yeah always, no matter what the reaeson, there is a 20% restocking fee. BUT, u can get that used as a credit on another order. So, I said ok, sent me the amount in black cartridges for my printer. They looked it up and it would be 2 double packs to almost equal the 20% they had kept. Do you know, now I am being billed for the new order to. Still never received the credit as I was promised.

This coompany is truly a rip off company that people need to be aware of.

At this point they have alost $50.00 billed to my credit card.
