Took money out of acount no part no return call "boss will be in tommrow"

Emailed for a door handle they e-mailed back with a number saying they had the part. They withdrew the money on 03/12. Still no doorhandle! As of 04-21. When i call i was told the "boss"and"guy who handles shipping" is out and will be there tomorrow. Called at least 6 times to the same thing. Now you cant even get anyone to answer. They are screening calls through voicemail.
