Scam rip off

The people I had spoken to were named Jose and Carlos. I purchased an auto part. After 7-14 days they told me my part was defective and that they needed to refund me. That was fine. They apparently would refund me that day.

WRONG. First they told me they couldn't refund my money with my credit card company because their servers were down. So they issued a check. After multiple calls and 2 weeks later I finally got a check in the mail for the $120.00 they owed me.

Thought everything was okay. I deposited the check the next day. A week later my bank notifies me that the check bounced. Tried to call SKA AUTO aka Neko Enterprises and realized their number has been disconnected.
