Fed up with fed ex - ground delivery

Okay so i ordered offline from walmart.com on 8/12/09 that would arrive on 8/15/09 and it did, but the way the package was left was the issue, i was asleep i heard a loud knock so i grabbed my pants put them on went to the door no fed ex driver, no note, no truck, nothin but my package with my expensive printer in it sitten by the stairs just for anyone to take, im glad i was home to get it, if i wasnt i would never known it come!!! So i emailed walmart.com for the poor service delivery, they emailed back appologizin on fed ex behalf and given me there 1800 number and suggested i called ha i was on hold forever smh
