Rude and very unprofessional company

Have had to deal with GB and LuElla Rogers for 2 1/2 years with a herniated disc caused from work related injury. To make a long story short I would be out of work for one to two months at a time before she would approve lumbar injection. This last time out she decided that I took my self out of work even though she made the dr's appt. And has refused to pay for time off. But, she has paid for 3 dr. Visits, mri, 1 lumbar injection but not my pay. (go figure) I have reached mmi but due to having degenrating disc diease she wants to know the percentage of prexisting and whats work related pain. The only problem I have is with the herniated disc but the Dr. Says there is no way to give her a breakdown of the precentage. So now I think I'm screwed...

The disc cannot be operated on due to disc degenration. I am back at work, only because of the lumbar injection. Other wise I would be in severe pain, LuElla is suppose to continue paying for these injection. However I feel that because she has not contacted me to settle, I may have to sue to get further medical care. She has been rude and unprofessional ever since she took over after Richard Hawkins left. Everyone who has had to deal with her from the beginning, has never had a nice thing to say when they hung up the phone with her. She is real bad about telling us one thing and my dr's or employer another. She will not send us anything in writing, I guess that way she can change her story when confronted.

My employer even ask for a letter of denial on an er visit back in Nov 08 where she refused authorization (I was unable to move and in great pain). The registration nurse at the er was very stunned by her rudeness. My wife and I were able to hear Luella over the phone she was that loud.

SO to all of you dealing with The Wicked Witch of the South, (I'm sorry Luella Rogers) you have my sympathy. I to will be contacting a Lawyer.
