Do not work with Nina Raab! I let her know up front about my back injury and she said that I had nothing to worry about. She forced me to get into difficult yoga positions and as a result I herniated by disc. I now have to have back surgery to repair the disc in my back. On top of all of this, she would not refund me for my session! I have had many instructors in the past and have never met anyone as rude unprofessional etc. Dont let her good looks deceive you! Be careful of Nina Raab! She is a scam!
