Total ripoff, sent me the wrong items and don't want to replace it for me

I will never, ever order from them. I ordered three lock boxes for my real estate need, and they sent the lid of the boxes only, which the use to different pictures but anyway, that was not the problem, when i asked about the other parts they said i have to pay full price, which is more money what they are selling for on their website. When i told them i like to return the products, they told me the will charge me 30% restocking fees. Guss what? I said ok, i rather lose some money and to put money in their pocket.
