AAA Toner - Ordered new, received refurbished. Horrible service - Toner for HP T2300

Very disappointed with the product and service. I ordered ink for our HP Designjet T2300. Expecting new/compatible ink, I was very disappointed when I received refurbished/remanufactured ink. I double checked the website and my records to make sure I didn't miss anything but still found no evidence that I was purchasing a refurbished product. When I called to inquire about returning the product, the person was extremely rude and said that it was clear as day from their website that all products were refurbished and that I can return the product but they would charge me a restocking fee, then hung up on me.

It is clear from their immediate rudeness that these types of return requests are common for them, and I believe they are purposely misrepresenting the condition of the products they are selling. I am still returning the refurbished ink and am forced to accept a $40 restocking fee for a product that I didn't order.

Deceptive products, horrible service, excessive/unwarranted fees. Definitely not worth saving a few dollars on ink.
