Scam not what they advertised

I linked onto google succes kit through aols aim email. Iclicked on the popup add and it seemed like a good thing. It said it was a google corp company. Make money in your spare time. Only 1.97 to get started. Whats a 1.97 right? This is my story and i got lucky.

I should have known from the begining that somthing was wrong. I put my name and info in to there form then they wanted a credit card so i borrowed my wifes. I put the # in and waited. They called me the next day to verify the account. They never asked the card holders name and when i couldnt remember the last 4 digits of the card they turned me over to a superviser who told me what they were. That was my first clue!!!

Ok. So igave it a day and got a email from them with my password and screen nameand a loveley little statement that said after 21 days i will be charged 38.95 a month to the card i used. I tryed to log on through the links on the email but they didnt work so i tryed the # on the email. Just rang.

Now im paniking. After an hour on the net i found there home page and was able to log on to there site. It is a financial planning site. Nothing to do with goggle at all. I found a phone # and called them. Lucky i was able to cancel before they got any more out of me{1.97} i know that useing a credit card thats not your without consent is against the law so i guess this company is above the law if they can recieve payment without consent of the card holder
