Multiple repairs unsolved/1to2 yrs. On going. - Mr. Cecil Atkisson/owne

Cecil agian has failed to repair my. I take it to Cecli's over and over and NEVER it the problems solved. The last visit I leave my car Cecil's Service Manger wants my car over night, by closing of the same day I get the call my car is ready. Service Manger and writer say what they did and didn't do. They tell me they changed my oil free of charge. I ask if they put Castor Oil. They said No! I ask to have it drained, put my brand in. I was told you (me) got a free oil change.
My car still missing, popping when I stop or take off, wrong oil, bouncing frontend, noise on front when go across bump (slow), car louder, ticking in motor, ETC... This is OVER 1 year close to 2 years of trying to get FIXED! Since Cecil's shop did all 4 news tire from them, and tune with a decarb. I'm VERY! Very! Sick of this. I just want my car fixed right. I feel now Cecil needs to make repairs free of cost to me. I bought my car from Cecil's and gave Cecil all my business. Now I have my doubts about Cecil's Motors in repairs, etc...

All this problems with my car needs to get solved SOON! I need to speak with one different to solve this once and for all. The owner, Dist. Manger, Corp. Office. The GM, Service Writers, Service Mangers, have failed me now 1to2years.
I'm NOT! Satisfied, very disappionted. I just want my 05PT Cruiser repaired right.
