Lanlord of cherokee place apartments. When igave my 30 day notice. He locked me out of my apartments and sued me for the apartment. I went to court to fight it and won. So now i see he sent a credit deliquency of $3000. When if i would have lost i would have only had to $456. Cecil cox need to be investigated.
They also only take cash for rent payment!!!
