Still charging me for wate

In November we moved out of state to Texas. Every month sence they we have receved a water bill and we have told them numorus times we dont live there any more. The water compony has lowerd there bill but just today 07/25 we recived a water bill for $37.41. It was for 06/11 to 07/11. What do I have to do to get it through there head we dont live there any more.
