Recently I place an order to this company and the product which they send me didn’t work, so they send me another one but it didn’t work as well. After returning the merchandise to the shipper I was told that my money will be returned from 7 to 14 business days. Today is the 36 days and I stile don’t have my money back, so I called them and ask them for the refund and the answer were I ‘ll get my money today but without the shipping and handling fee. My question is If the costumer don’t have any fault should he / she supposed to pay for someone’s fault? If I didn’t called today probably I wouldn’t get anything back, is this the way business supposed to be done? All products obviously are damaged and shipping and handling is the only way to make profit and if the customer didn’t call the other way…. So they always will benefit themselves somehow …. Is this the way we supposed to survive in the crises?
