Their salesman LIE about their products - BEWARE!

I was told that I qualify for a product and given a confirmation number, but it turns out I didn't qualify for the product.

At the same time I ordered Call Screening and was told I could screen out unwanted calls, because even though I have my number blocked and am on the national do-not-call list, I get unwanted insurance and credit reconciliation calls (even though I have no problems). AFTER I ordered I was sent a confirmation brochure (telling the details) and later a bill for a new connection.

When I received my bill, I didn't get my product I was told I qualified for and when I later read the confirmation letter it said I could only screen calls from another land line (not cell, or business phone) within my area code! AT&T said they are incapable of blocking calls from cell and business phones too! Where in the world do they think the calls come from! This product never could work for what I needed! I quickly canceled the product that couldn't work and they canceled further charges, but they wouldn't give me back my money and I was charged about $15 that I couldn't talk them into returning to me.

If you're ordering from these people, BEWARE of what their marketers tell you! Ask if charges are revocable if there's a communications difference!

I'm in search of another carrier, this company not only lied to me, they nickle and dime you at every turn.
