My Mother was charged by Rocket Communications for charges they say were made by me! Not true! I never even heard of this company!

My mother, who lives over 100 miles from me, received a phone bill with 3 charges of 12.95 on it, stating charges were from Rocket Communications. When she called 888-300-0549 to inquire, they told her I authorized charges on her phone bill! Never would I do this, nor have I ever even heard of this company till now! My mother and I are not linked in any fashion, be it phone, cell, internet, or the like! I have received several unwanted phone calls on my cell and once called a number T-mobile gave me to stop unwanted calls, but there was NO connection to my mom or her verizon phone services. Furthermore the request I made to stop receiving calls from solicitors was not fulfilled!
