We bought the sales pitch

We were hit hard when the housing market tanked, we had recently re-financed, with plans of selling, the market fell apart. We ended up with a very high interest rate, which would have been fine if we could have sold our house. We got behind, received an email from Dyer Beech, they claimed to "do it all" loan modifications, debt resolution, financial counseling and credit repair. We had two of three payments of a $3500 fee and found them to be mis-representing their services, one person would tell us one thing another something completely different.

Long story short, our house went into foreclosure, they were submitting info to bank for loan modifcation.in January they (DB) emailed saying that the bank had everything they needed and a negotiator would be assigned.in February, the bank kicked the loan modification due to lack of documentation, we have basically started all over, we had a trustee sale scheduled 3/24 which has been postponed. We have taken over with the bank, we have gotten all the paperwork in and are waiting for a negotiator. If we had let Dyer Beech continue we would have lost our home. The only calls we get from them are to collect our third payment and they have not done anything to assist us. We have spoken to one of the owners, he agreed that they screwed up, that was ok for about 30 days and then they starting hounding us again for the 3rd payment. They do not care if we loose our home, or about any of the other services that they promised. They are not truthful, they do not do what they say they are doing.

They also offered help with credit cards, t hey never did one thing that they promised. Consumers be aware of anyone collecting pre-payment for loan modifications.
