H.E.L.P. Now - Homeowner Education For Lending Protection - Eric Rice Finacial Services scam

These people are rude, arrogant and abusive. They claim to help people but all they do is prey on people who are in unfortunate financial situations.

They also aren't even registered as a real company in California. There must be legal action that can be taken against people like this.

Look at this from the California Department of Corporations:
