Went out of business after taking $1460.00

New Hope Modification back in January knew I was already in hardship to HFC Mortgage company. I was told that I qualified for a lesser interest, lesser payment and more years on my mortage and they could modify my loan with HFC if I sent them 2 payments of $730.00 for total payment of $1460.00.

I sent them the money and now they will not return my calls after messages have been left. Last I knew from New Jersey BBB they are out a business and nothing they can do! I have given them the newest info regarding a Brian Mamouccio 866-698-5333 X 2614 and his girlfriends name of Donna Fisher from the last known # as of March 25th.

I think this is pretty sad when I am already in hardship and was told they could assist and have now put me in more debt and another month behind on my mortage.
