I contacted this organization after I saw their advertisement on the television. I spoke with Jesse Meader only after I called and expressed my interest in having the loan for my home modified. After Mr. Meader received the information he requested we spoke on the phone about the things that he was able to do with the loan. The things that interest me the most was my house payments going from $886.00 a month to $450.00 a month. And the loan being extended another 10 years. The total for this was a down payment of $695.00 with another $700.00 to be paided at a later date. After about a month Sarah Heisler called and said that she needed more information and that she would be working with Mr. Meader. The information was sent but when I tried to email both parties the email was never able to be sent out. On March 12th I was contacted by the mortgage company PHH Mortage concerning my house payments. They said the loan had been mondified but on inspection of the documents the loan was the same as it was in the beginning. No modification was done. When I try to contact Federal Loan Modifications you can only leave a message with customer service. The contacts states that if the company was not able to modify the loan and the customer was not satified all funds are to be returned. I have left numerous messages with customer service but have not had a return phone call.
