GLOBAL FINANCIAL, 1RATE.com ripoff credit card company, nothing but a dirty scam!

I received a call from Global Financial in late December. Their package sounded great. A credit card with 0% interest, a membership with alot of great discounts and an offer for a free satellite. On January 31, Global Financial withdrew 221.95 out of my checking account for membership services. After 4 weeks, I had not received my membership package, so I began calling them - every week and just getting lame promises or excuses as to why I had not received my package yet. After 7 weeks I asked for a refund and was told they would have to send a refund letter for me to sign. It did not come either. Today, When I received my bank statement, there was a debit of 49.95 on it, which I had no idea of what this was from. The debit was made by 1RATE.com who is apparently affiliated with GLOBAL FINANCIAL. S. West branch, Michigan
