Owner threatening an employee and false accusations

While at work today I recieved a phone call from Donald Lowe informing me that I was on the verge of being fired due to me delivering my sister in law's paycheck to her, with her permission. Along with those statements, Donald also informed me that I was being investigated to theft inside his store. He had stated that some credit cards were stolen and being used, and cash and food from the restaurant, and the employee's working there. He then stated that I will need to volunteer for a lie detector test, with the Bartonville Police, and I agreed. He then again told me that I was on the verge of being fired. Now this would not be the first time Donald Lowe has yelled at me or raised his voice and threatened me with my job. He has also paid me under the table for any overtime I have ever recieved so he did not pay time and a half. It was complete straight time. He has made numerous offending statments and threats. I cannot continue to work there, but would like to take a lie detector test to confirm my innocence. His children, who also works there, has yelled at myself and others and threaten to send us home or fire us. When we haven't done anything to deserve the harassment of them. I havn't called in in the 7 months I have worked there, anytime I have missed work was due to an injury or illness, I went to a hospital, and he told me I couldn't work. I have been an honest employee, and had came in whenever anyone has called in. He has defamed another previous co-worker, stating he fired her, when she put her two weeks in and quit because of this. He talks badly about the people who use to work there and who still works there. I feel that this is an amazingly stressful working enviroment, and I cannot continue to be employed there. I would like them to investigate the accusations in Star Struck and verify what exactly is being done wrong there. Please check into it.
