Don't work for them, or you'll get screwed Ripoff

As a former employee for The Roof Doctor, I have first hand knowledge that they not only screw their employees out of over time, but they screw the customers who pay cash for the jobs. I worked for the company for a year, I was fired because they said "irreconsiable differences".in actuallity a week before I was fired I had turned in a fellow employee for a hostile work environment. The other reason not to work for them is when you work overtime you are paid in cash, not time and a half but straight time. They fight for unempoyment no matter what the reason you stop working. It is a scandalous company to work for. The manager that I worked for was having an affair and we covered for him. Just stay away from that company. If you don't one way or another, you are going to get screwed
