They are a horrible lender!

We are in the Mortgage Meltdown mess. We are trying to save our home and have an attorney involved because they are impossible to deal with. You always get some untrained person from their India Call Center that does not know what to do. We tried modifiying our loan several times prior to attaining a lawyer. They never update us nor do they ever tell us the same story twice. The payments are not affordable right now. The value of the loan is not equal to what the home is worth. Now that we have an attorney, we should get a better response. After reading some of the messages here, I am very interested in joining a Class Action Lawsuit or further legal action and make them pay for the pain they are causing me.
