Ripoff Loan Servicing done in India

Most of Ocwen customers would never guess that the servicing of there loan is not done here in the U.S.A. I recently tried to pay off a loan and discovered I could not contact a single person here in the U.S. I quickly realized the difficulty others must be going through if they have a problem with there loan. The person I was speaking with could not understand anything I said. When I tried to contact the U. S office it just went back to INDIA. It is absolutly rediculous that people can not communicate with someone here on such important matters when it comes to the servicing of their loan. It make it possible for mistakes to happen.

To save money Ocwen has created a communication nightmare for their clients that may not understand the details of the mortgage industry. I ask for information to be emailed to me 30 day ago and I find out the operator didn't get the email address correct over the phone. I would like to point out I am a mortgage broker and still don't have what I requested. It should be illegal for them to tell their customers there office is in Fl or Il. The guts of their oeration is in INDIA. I don't have a problem with INDIA, I have a problem with a U. S company causing peoples credit to go bad because someone can't clearly understand what has been said.
