Not Helping Me Save My Home

My Loan was transferred to Ocwen Loan Servicing from Litton Loan sometime in the Year 2011. As I have tried to speak with Ocwen in regards to my Mortgage, I seem to get the run around or you can't understand the person on the other end.

When Calling The Office of Ocwen in West Palm Beach, FL - you are transferred to someone in India. I have sent in Months ago all the paperwork for the Home Modification and so has the Attornies that represent the Foreclosure on my property, still as of today have not heard one word in regards to it and I fall under the Obama Plan for Medical Purposes.

I have also asked Ocwen to Produce the Original Note on my home - this they haven't done either, instead they sent me a copy of some paperwork with limited details on it - nothing to do with the note on my home. Today, I call Ocwen again, they tell me my Sheriff Sale is now Scheduled for August 2nd 2012 - it's so nice of them to send me information in the mail.

I would love to save my home, it is my primary residence with my teenage Daughter but Ocwen is no help to me and the lack of communication, the lack of them processing a Loan Modification has put alot of stress on me and has caused me to be depressed. I have no place to go, I have no family I can go too, I have no money to move, and I live month to month wondering is it this month my daughter and I with my medical issues be placed on the street with out belongings.

I like to get into a Class Action Lawsuit and I want them to tell me who the Mortgage Company is that holds my mortgage (which I get told your Financial Couselor or whatever they are will call you on so and so day and give you this info.) why can't they tell me over the phone when I am on with them? And I want to see them Produce the ote on my home - I dont think they can.
