Did not deliver puppy as agreed puppy was was it was suppose to be fraud

I talk to Pamela on the phone about a puppy that I was told about.

She said that the puppy was a show prospect was the word she used.

She sold me the puppy and never delivered it as we discussed.

She sold the puppy to some one else I suspect. I never got my deposit back.

I would not buy a dog from her. See is dishonest.

She has been in the business how and does business this way.

Shame on her!!
