Falsified move out documents to state fake "repairs" and "services" rendered

Canyon Villa charged me $105 for cleaning the apartment I used to live in. I purposley left a huge tape line on the fake wood floor in the apartment incase they claimed it had to be "cleaned".

After receiving the bill from Canyon Villa, I took a walk through the apartment, and noticed that the huge tape mark was still stuck on the floor, and other little things were still dirty, they also made claims that I let my dog soil the carpet, and might still try to charge me extra for the cleaning.

They claimed to have painted for 5 hours, when I painted the whole apartment myself.
