Ripp Off, make unauthorized charges

I was contacted to offer me some free magazines and a diamond watch, they asked me for my credit card number to verify my information and even called me back to verify my phone number, I was told no charges were going to be made to my account since the magazines were free. After I gave my information out they told me I needed to subscribe to two other magazines and that they were going to make a one time charge of $49.00 for the first 6 months, at the time I told them I did not wanted to charge anything to my account and they said they were going to call me back atythe end of the month, sure enough, an unauthorized charge to my account was made on 03/23, I was able to find a phone number for them to call but no response on their part, I called my credit card company and faxed them a leeter disputing the charge and also requesting no further charges from the named company be made to my account.
