These people ripped me off 3600.00 and who's next

This all started around December 18. Albert Rodrigez called me and proposed this great modification: 5% Interest Rate - no payments until April 1st combine 2 mortgages into one - All of this is a government backed program-All they need is 3 post-dated checks for 1784.00 for part of the proposal to the lender. All of this is B.S. At first, they called me and updated me regulary basis. After they deposited the second check I haven't heard anything from them. I have called numerous times and no return phone calls. Since January my point of contact has changed multiple times. These are all the people I have spoke to: Aracelli, Chris, Cody, Albert R., and Rose. My wife spoke to our lender and they stated they are not going to honor their modification demand. I have tried to contact 21st Century and as I stated above, they don't return your calls. I called my lender and at this point they are not talking to me as well. At this point, I put a stop payment on the last check. I have hired an attorney and I am filing chapter 13 BK. I filed a report to the local police as I was told by multiple people.in this report I hope nobody does business with these people and let it be known all people involved need to be held accountable. I would appreciate my money back, as you stole from my whole family and everything I worked for my entire life.
