I pd 21st Century Legal Services $3,131.00 dollars to complete a loan modification on my home. I still have the letter in which the company assured me my new payments would be $1,218.00 and was to begin in May. I still have not heard from the company to this day. I was in contact with a rep by the name of Jessica Reid whom worked for the company and I have not been able to reach her either by phone, fax or email. My purposed Modification was for a 30yr fixed at a rate of 4% and a monthly payment of $1,218.00. Since this never took place I have had to file bankruptcy. This company needs to give me back all of what I paid to them and I feel they need to give me interest on every dollar from day one of them taking my money. I will go to what ever measure I need to, to ensure they do not take advantage of someone else. This a very very bad company. Our Congress and President need to make companies like this one pay very dearly.
