Outrageous Rip Offs

I'm on a fixed income and only was looking for a grant to fix up my home, and buy my son his first car. When I came across this IDS GRANT for you and thought to myself its reasonable and it only charges 1.90 being a one time fee. So I gave it a try only to get scammed in the end on my Visa card for 94.89 that was never mentioned. So I received an statement from my bank of the charges and over draft fee, I was very upset and couldn't believe what was happening to me for only wanting to do better and to show my appreciation to my son for being the most respectful and caring young man he has turned out to be. So at this time I called IDS Grant and inquired about the over charge on my Visa card and they assured me that they would charge my account every month in the amount of 94.89. And my reply was to them that they were to only take 1.90 from my card. So they said they would return 94.89 back into my account within 7 days, when they hadn't I called again getting a recording at 8 A.M. Stating they were closed and to call back during during buisness hours of 7 A.M. Until 4 P.M. So I did not hang the phone up and noticed it were ringing then a woman came on asking my name and zip code. When I gave this information to her and stated what I were caling for she gave me an E-mail address to contact at (Support@Grantmemberservices.com) which I tried and got no response. People like this have no respect for individuals like us and deserve much prison time, and our Goverment should back us up also, make an example out of these thiefs. There nothing more than scum to the earth and should be punished for their actions among innocent people.
