Indian scam artists! Rip-off! Las Vegas, Nevada

This happened to me this morning I answered the "private caller" on my cellular phone and I had heard this man's voice before saying the same thing from the last time wanting to talk to my fiancee about a Government Grant. So I was like alright, and gave the man my visa check card number and bank routing number so that he could transfer $8,000 in to my account. Well then he said that $249.00 would be deducted on October 5th which was a one time fee. He told me to call the Better Buisness and I would find that there company was ligit. He said his name was Sylvester Rogers and that his Agent Id Code was 0618. He said I would receive a package 7-14 buisness days and that I had to fill out my Grant ID Code and send it back.

I then started to get uneasy because I dont even have $249.00 in my checking account and I told him at that point that I didn't care about the grant and to just cancel my application. The man told me that he had my account number and that he is required to take out the funds because he already processed my paperwork. I started to get really upset and told him that he was not authorize to touch my funds and he hung up. As soon as I got off the phone I put the information on this web site... And found out it was a scam. I called my phone company to try to get the number for which he called but they wouldn't give it to me. I went to the bank and closed my checking account and reopened another. I WANT TO CATCH THESE PEOPLE so that Justice may be served.
