Took most of my money for fees they never told me about on our phone conversation

I checked into ADA on 2/8/08 they took 50.00 out of my checking. Then 199.50 on 3/15/08 and 199.50 on 4/15/08. Then 300.00 a month their after. I got court papers to go to court on 9/18/08. Call ADA got no help at all from them. Went to court on my own. Lucky for me the company's lawyer never showed, so that case was dismissed.

When I findly did get a hold of ADA. They tell me I have no money saved yet. I've been paying their fees. Mean while another credid card company was hounding me. After a year of losing my money to fees I droped out and saved my money. And paid off my credit cards. Lost 2,149.00 to ADA for fees
