This company National Affidavit, emailed by this person gary cole contacted me about oweing money from a payday loan. Claiming that his job is to sit in court and try to save you from high court cost and legal fees.in doing this they try to scare you first with tactics such as job loss, blackball from getting any jobs, costing you thousands of dollars in legal fees etc. How they want you to pay is a red flag, they want you to put it on a green dot card email them the information and then they will mail you the documents. When asked for their phone number, they somehow have amnesia and start emailing you more threats because they know they have been found out. The letter look somewhat like this:

Name

Dob

Social sec no

Address

Current employer

Outstanding debt

Penalty in court - 15,000

Attorney and court fees 15,000

Then it claim that apart of having papers sent to your job, they will fire you and you will be blacklisted from getting other jobs. Then they say that your social security number will be put on hold along with your pay checks etc. Then they go on to say any child support, unemployment or retirement benefits will be put on hold until the outcome of the case,

They also state that its their job to notify you of the case but the client isn't interested in solving the case they are doing it for them if you send them this money and upon the arrival they will send you the legal documents to release the case.

WHAT A RIP OFF, DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THESE PEOPLE. At first they do have you a little scared, then once you keep reading the letter its to many loopholes and redflags in it. Once I put two and two together I sent them a letter they will not forget.

Please be aware of scam artist on the internet, especially this company.
