Horrible! - collection agency

Cbe group is full of liars they violated numerous FTC laws, lied to me, verbally denounced me over the phone, hung up on me 3 times, would not work with me, sent me to garnishment dept well before the law states it should get to that point, currently it is paid thanks to a member of my family however my congressman had to involve himself as well as my lawyers and even after the fact i am contacting my senator and the attorney general and my attorney and filing a report with the FTC. I would call them and one person would tell me one thing and then in the next call they would deny i ever spoke to that one particular person. Watch these people like hawks, and get a lawyer involved from day one... They offered to settle for a lower amount if i paid it that day and thats all they said, i told them i would call back and they said ok. My family member called and paid but they charged her the full amount instead of the settlement amount when i called back to tell them it was too much they said well no one here has the authority to lower the amount, and i said i dont care that was a rep from your company and it was an offer so you pull the taped phone call and listen for yourself! The supervisor came on the phone and said it was null in void bc i didnt accept the offer at the moment. However, according to my lawyer they have to say a disclaimer that the offer is only valid if you accept it at that very moment... Which they never did. My advice to you is get an attorney these people are the most horrible creditors on the planet, i do not know how they sleep at night.
