Mitchell N. Kay, PC Law Offices Ripoff Fraudulent Billing for T-Mobile formerly Voicestream New York New York... Again

In the Mail i also received a letter stating i owed This "Law offices of Mitchell N Kay." Even though it was paid by another collection agency a while back, from the remaining letter of the same header and content i feel that the collection agency is just out for the money and dont care, like mentioned in another they said file for court, 9times out of 10 they dont show and its dropped. THey are probably nothing more then a Basement office with 6sqft of space to write letters after theyve been paid off or is way past the 7yr mark. They offer a P discount, but yet they also deny anything being paid the next time the last of the payment comes around. Most have good credit, others dont, and depending on the amount it might jsut be ok to shrug it off, untill they call you and offer a better discount, so instead of owing $300.00 they first said pay $150, you cant... Family... Or bankrupt. Or hurricane katrina, they settle for just $100 or even $50, then you can take that and get that letter of satisfaction from them... Ive run into some collection agencies in the past, but this one is really shady... Talked about all the time on fraudulent Collections... They dont report what they are supposed to after its paid off... Im not going to pay them either... Id rather pay the company in FULL then even a % of what they are offering..
