Ripoff

I had account with jbc legal group that should been off my credit report because it was over 7 years. So being that am trying to purchase a home i called jbc legal group to se if i can settle on my account. I talked to bobbie wells and he agree to settle and i told him i will pay within that month. So on 02-27-05 i called back jbc legal group and spoke with diane mills and i explain to her the conversation me and mr. Wells had in the past and i ask her do the offer still stand if i pay the $700. Oo dollers my account will be closed and settle out and will thet send me a reicept stating that i paid in full. Mrs. Mills agreed and said yes so i gave her my credit card number for the payment of $700.00 doller for full amount paid.

So i thought everything was taken care of. So a week and a half past and i dindt get no receipt so i called mrs. Mills back and everything change she lied and said that she did not say that and said i still owe a balance and i told her that was not what we agree on. She was very nasty woman after she received my payment and i ask her can i speak to her supervisor and they act like no supervisor was there. I finally spoke with lisa mckinney and she said she couldnt do anything because diana was handling the case but remind you she was the supervisor.

This company is a rip off and they lie and say they will settle and then get your money and never send you a receipt or take it off your credit report. I also paid off three other debts i had on my credit report and they did not give me a run around like jbc legal group and they also sent me a receipt stating that it was settle. But jbc leagal group is a big scam and not professional at all they get what they could and then leave you dry.
